The coordination Team for the implementation of the communication Strategy for Euro-Atlantic integration in the Government of Montenegro, the Municipality of Ulcinj and the NGO “New Horizon”, on March 24. 2010, organized a public forum in Ulcinj, titled “Together in Europe – Safe in NATO”.
