The Centre for the Development of Non-Governmental Organizations (CRNVO), supported by the European Union Delegation to Montenegro, on October 1st, at the premises of the EU Info Centre in Podgorica, presented the Resource Centre for Civil Society Organizations in Montenegro. This resource centre, which represents a kind of activism in Montenegro, is a joint project of CRNVO and four local organizations: NGO Bonum from Pljevlja, Democratic Centre from Bijelo Polje, Nada NGO from Herceg Novi and New Horizon from Ulcinj.
The resource centre, as a new format within CRNVO, for the next 3 upcoming years, even throughout the project, will represent a service centre for the daily support of all civil society organizations, as well as activist individuals, in the form of programs capacity building, help desk services, researches, organization of public gatherings, fairs and conferences and other related activities. Corresponding with the provision of a wide range of services, the Centre will work on legal and other changes that will enable the normal functioning of NGOs, insisting on the implementation of these solutions.
