In this publication you will find research data about the degree of the official use of the Albanian language in the Municipality of Ulcinj Administration.
This analysis was conducted through a detailed monitoring of the work of the local government entities, using appropriate research methods, such as: monitoring the publication of information in Albanian proactively on the website of the Municipality of Ulcinj; the “secret visitor” method, then submitting requests for free access to information, as well as structured interviews with local officials, which contributed significantly to the authenticity of the analysis itself.
This publication is part of the project “My Language – Equal Language”, implemented by the NGO “New Horizon” in partnership with the NGO “Ul info”, with the financial support from the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights in the field of the development and advancement of the rights of minorities and other minority communities.
