As part of the project “Pathways to Career Development (PCD): Preparing Albanian and Montenegrin Youth for Career Opportunities in the Tourism Sector’’ we started a cycle of 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 trainings that will be attended by 50 young people through 10 educational sessions in the field of employability and social entrepreneurship. Through this program, students will be trained with soft skills such as the competence to manage relationships with others; ability to communicate clearly; the ability to persuade, promote and brand oneself; work ethic, time management, problem solving, etc.
The project is implemented by the organization World Vision in Albania in partnership with the NGO New Horizon, as well as high schools “Bratstvo Jedinstvo” from Ulcinj and “Hamdi Bushati” from Shkodra.
